We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we use your data to:

- Provide the Literris writing platform and its features to you.
- Process payments and subscription renewals.
- Send you functional application updates or marketing emails (if you have explicitly opted in).

If you initiate an account deletion through your dashboard, your core identifying data and all associated creative content (manuscripts, notes, images) are permanently eradicated from our active servers immediately.
